HOMIEWEEN LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE

By attending HOMIEWEEN, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:



1. Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in HOMIEWEEN, I, the ticket purchasing participant, for myself and my heirs, personal representatives, executors, administrators, assigns, and anyone else who might claim on my behalf, hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the event organizers, property owners, employees, agents, volunteers, contractors, vendors, sponsors, or any other person or entity associated with the event (collectively referred to as "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, whether in law or equity, that may arise out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in or traveling to and from HOMIEWEEN.



2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in HOMIEWEEN involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, risks of personal injury, accidents, illness, property loss, or damage, and other dangers that could result in serious physical or emotional harm. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death, property damage, or other harm that may arise from attending or participating in HOMIEWEEN. I understand that I am attending the event at my own risk and that the event is "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK."



3. Indemnification

I further agree to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), or liability arising out of my participation in HOMIEWEEN, including any claims brought by third parties.



4. Medical Treatment

I hereby consent to receive any necessary medical treatment in the event of injury, accident, or illness during HOMIEWEEN. I understand that I am responsible for all costs related to any such medical treatment and that the Released Parties assume no responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.



5. Severability

I expressly agree that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of [Insert State], and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect.



6. Governing Law

This Waiver and Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire.



By purchasing this ticket to HOMIEWEEN, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver and Release. I further acknowledge that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made. I fully consent that my purchasing of this ticket constitutes my electronic signature ("E-signature") in agreeance with this waiver of liabilty.
